Our cancellation policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

-All appointments need to be reserved with a valid credit card.
-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. You will not be allowed to book another appointment unless you pre-pay the full service fee, which will be non-refundable.
-Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client’s appointment is not delayed.
If the cancellation is a result of an unforeseen emergency, the fee may be waived if you reschedule the appointment by the original appointment day to an appointment 10 days from that day. Failure to notify or reschedule by the original appointment day cannot be waived the fee.
The system doesn’t allow you to cancel/reschedule if you try to do it within 24 hours of your appointment.
